many options quick access quick questions standard amenities
Breakfast had many options. I saw both hot and cold selections. Location gave me quick access to transit and nearby attractions. Staff answered my questions quickly. The room included standard amenities. I used them all.

charming stay!

convenient location tall ceilings coffee machine big shower
i adored the location, it's just convenient. the edwardian room was fabulous with its tall ceilings and big windows. i also appreciated the coffee machine. the shower had wonderful pressure and it was a big shower, too.
the reception staff did not always have a complete understanding of all inquiries. this made getting some specific information slightly challenging, although it was eventually resolved.

the staff at the bar were fantastic. they were always ready with a smile and quick service. they efficiently managed requests. i felt very welcome.

charming heritage and superb staff

fast check-in comfy bed
i found the fast check-in to be efficient, really saving me time after a long journey. the staff acted so friendly. pre-dinner drinks at miss ava were quick, and the drinks tasted well-made. the bed was comfy.

loud noises small room
the location provides great access to sporting venues.
the room proved quite loud. the noises from the tram and trains sounded like they passed directly through the room. it seemed much smaller than the advertised 23 square meters.
