i adored the location, it's just convenient. the edwardian room was fabulous with its tall ceilings and big windows. i also appreciated the coffee machine. the shower had wonderful pressure and it was a big shower, too.
the reception staff did not always have a complete understanding of all inquiries. this made getting some specific information slightly challenging, although it was eventually resolved.
